Therefore, the management of Next Level has established a disconnection policy that sets out the principles and procedures to follow in the event of internet interruptions.

If players are disconnected from the network during a game, they should observe the following rules:

• If disconnected from the network, the client should log back in to their account as soon as possible.
• Players should acknowledge the potential risks associated with an Internet outage and consult their ISP about measures to mitigate them.
• If the internet connection is lost before the bet has been registered, the bet will be considered invalid.
• If a client placed a bet before the disconnection, it will be considered valid. The results will be displayed once the user logs back into their profile.
• If a user is unsure whether their bet was registered, they can contact customer support service.
