Purpose and Scope of the Policy
Next Level is a duly registered organisation operated by Aphrodite Communications N. V. and licensed by the government of Curacao. In accordance with this, the company complies with all applicable international and national laws governing the gambling industry, including anti-money laundering legislation.
The organisation is committed to providing a safe, secure and stable environment for all players. Accordingly, appropriate measures are taken to verify each player's identity and to prevent unauthorised access to services and products. The primary verification steps are identity confirmation via an official document and verification of the payment method.
Next Level casino reserves the right to amend or supplement this policy to improve its effectiveness. Any changes will be made in line with European Union anti-money laundering legislation, including directives introduced between 2015 and 2017. Users will be notified in advance so they have time to review the revised procedures or other provisions.

Money Laundering: Multiple Interpretations
The offence is defined in several ways, which can be confusing. To clarify, Next Level outlines the principal meanings of black money:
- The transfer of money or property obtained through criminal activity to conceal their origin or to assist the offender.
- Concealment of the origin and whereabouts of funds acquired by unlawful means.
- Use, disposal and transfer of currency carried out with knowledge of its illegal nature.
- Participation in, complicity with, or incitement to activities aimed at obtaining illicit funds.
Client Verification
To ensure a client is not involved in money laundering, they must undergo a three-stage verification process.
Step #1
At this stage, the client must provide the information required for further verification. Typically, they complete the dedicated form with their first name, surname, date of birth, e-mail, mobile number and address.
Step #2
The second stage involves the company verifying the accuracy and completeness of the information you provided in the first stage. This is required only for deposits or withdrawals exceeding $2,000. You will be asked to upload a photo of an identity document and to complete a bank verification to confirm ownership of your payment method.
Step #3
If a client deposits or withdraws more than $5,000, they must undergo additional verification. In this case, the client must indicate the source of their wealth and confirm their connection to it.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy
An integral part of the anti-money laundering policy is the complete verification of a client's identity. If the three verification steps above relate only to monetary transactions, the "know your customer" policy is intended to carry out a comprehensive review of the player.
After creating a profile, the client will need to verify their identity by providing an identity document. The photograph must clearly show the client's first and last name, date of birth, country and city, and a clear photo of the client. In disputed cases, Next Level employees may request additional information.
